TERMS OF SERVICE
DISCLAIMERI do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes. Do not upload my artwork to any AI sites or programs.I do not allow my art to be used for NFT purposes.Do not distribute, sell, or claim my artwork as yours.USER AGREEMENTBy purchasing my services (artwork), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, your commission will be refused.You agree to use my art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise agreed upon, and provide all image credits to me. CLIENT• You must read my Terms of Service and understand my general commission prices.
• You are purchasing a “Digital Artwork”. Nothing will be physically shipped.
• Harassment during the commission process will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone over harassment.
• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.ARTIST• You are purchasing my services as an artist only.
• I reserve the right to post your finished commission online, in my portfolio, and in publications such as art books.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission.COPYRIGHTI, “ARTISTRHEA” (the Artist):
• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work including both full-resolution and any smaller-resolution versions of my work.
• I retain all copyright over my work, including the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a commission, I will give credit to you as the client unless you request to remain anonymous.
• I will NOT claim the rights to a character design unless it is one of my designs. I will not resell the design for commercial projects unless otherwise agreed upon.
• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) break any of these terms.You (the Client):
• You may display commissioned artwork on any website and social channels as long as it is visibly credited to me. (@artistrhea)
• You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g., avatars, digital wallpapers, personal profile displays).
• You may print or create a physical reproduction of the commissioned artwork for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
• You may NOT claim my work as your own.
• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for redistribution or external projects (commercial or non-commercial) unless otherwise agreed upon.
• You may NOT profit from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, prints, etc.).
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.In some cases, the commercial rights to the artwork may be purchased.NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST• If you wish for your request to be private until a certain date, it must be stated during the ordering process.
• I reserve the right to charge an NDA fee if necessary.
• The privacy request means that I cannot share any progress images or videos on social media until the appointed date. You must also refrain from sharing any such details yourself.ORDERING• You can view my current commission status on my Artistree Queue.
• You may submit a commission inquiry via private message or email ([email protected]). This should include which commission option you want, reference images, a description, and a deadline if you have one.
• If I agree to accept the commission, I will ask you to resubmit your order via the email you would like the invoice to be addressed.
• Ensure your order contains all the details you want me to follow. Providing a simple sketch is encouraged if you cannot provide adequate reference images.
• You may set a deadline for your commission. You must disclose this in the initial inquiry.
• I reserve the right to take at least 3 weeks to work on your commission.
• If a deadline is set, ensure prompt communication. I am not responsible for late delivery if you do not respond to my inquiries on time.
• You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.PAYMENT• I only accept CAD as payment. You are responsible for currency conversions.
• Payment is accepted through my Artistree platform, Paypal, or E-Transfer (for Canadian citizens).
• Do not send any payment until I have accepted your commission and sent an invoice.
• You must deposit 100% of the price upfront before I begin working on your commission. No exceptions.
• I may charge additional fees for complexity (extremely detailed backgrounds, additional characters, etc.). You can adjust your commission request (e.g. simplified color background, fewer characters, etc.) if you would like to lessen or avoid the complexity fees.
• Confirm the payment with me before I start working on your commission.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours after the invoice is sent, the commission will be canceled.
• Repeated failure to pay will result in a blacklisting.REFUNDS• I will refund 100% of the payment ONLY if I have not started working on the commission.
• Once work has begun, there will be NO REFUNDS.
• If I cancel a commission, I will reimburse 100% of the payment.
• Contact me if you need to cancel a commission request.
• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me will result in an immediate blacklisting.PROCESS• Once I accept your commission and 100% of the invoice is paid, I will start working on your commission.
• I will send a rough sketch with base colors for approval. Your first round of revisions is during this stage.
• At the halfway point, I will send another image file for review. Any changes or additions you would like to make are welcome.
• Once completed, I will send you the full resolution file (.png) through Google Drive. Minor changes (color/saturation, small details, small props, etc) are welcome at this stage. Major changes (composition, pose, perspective, clothing, etc.) will not be made at this stage, so please be specific.

Most of my life has been spent in Berwick, a small town in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley. Growing up here has been a privilege; surrounded by abundant nature and wildlife, I have found endless inspiration for my creativity. As I learn more about the natural world, I am increasingly drawn to it.Living in a small town, I often had to entertain myself, which led me to art. I started drawing on scrap papers, homework, and even walls (sorry Mom!). When I finally got a small drawing tablet, I spent all my free time learning and drawing, a habit that has persisted into my adult life.My creative influences include books, video games, movies, and nature, with a particular love for the fantasy genre. I enjoy bringing fantastical beings like fairies, mermaids, and other woodland creatures to life through art.My artistic journey has been driven by passion and curiosity. Looking ahead, I am excited to see how my art will evolve and how I can share the magic of my imagination with others. My dream is to one day be fully supported by my art, allowing me to keep learning, growing, and creating to my heart’s content.
